In early 2024, our founders ran a popular educational storytelling channel. Producing a single 3-minute animated explainer took two brutal weeks and cost over $2,500 in freelance animator fees.
When generative AI burst onto the scene, we thought the problem was solved. But existing AI video generators were plagued by what we call "Generative Amnesia": a character who was a young bearded warrior in scene 1 became an elderly wizard in scene 2, and morphed into a cyborg by scene 3. Viewers abandoned the videos after 4 seconds because there was no visual story continuity.
We realized that creators don't just want random cool video clips. Creators need consistent IP universes. They need a system that remembers characters, maintains art styles, and automates the grind of daily social media publishing.
KinetoCraft was built to give every solo creator, educator, and agency the production power of a 50-person Hollywood animation studio — at 1/1000th of the cost.
